Phil Larger is the Director of Acquisitions for Altus Properties. Phil is responsible for acquiring office, industrial, multifamily, and retail assets – ranging from development to core plus with deal sizes from $10 to $100 million.
Prior to joining Altus, Phil was a Director at EverWest and was directly involved in over $900 million of acquisitions and dispositions and a senior associate at Duff and Phelps where he valued numerous property types for institutional clients.
Phil has his Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
