Matt is responsible for the capitalization of acquisitions, new developments and fund structures nationally. This includes sourcing and managing joint venture relationships, partnerships and overall fundraising. Additionally, Matt helps to lead strategic initiatives across the country.
Prior to joining Altus, Matt was an Executive at Mortenson Development and was responsible for day to day capitalization efforts nationally. Over his tenure he raised over $600 million in debt and equity across industrial, healthcare, office and multifamily development projects. Prior to Mortenson, Matt held positions at Vennpoint Real Estate and JLL in Chicago, IL.
Matt graduated from the University of Denver with a B.S in Finance.
