Broadway Ridge, part of Altus Realty Income Fund II, was originally part of the three- building Broadway Campus located in Minneapolis . The first realized asset in the fund, Broadway Ridge was sold in 2022 after a four-year hold period. Despite pandemic-driven market dislocation, Altus was able to increase occupancy from 80% to 94% while maintaining competitive rental rates, resulting in an increase in NOI of ~55%.
