Sarah is responsible for the leadership, oversight and the day-to-day management of Altus Properties’ property management, lease administration and construction management teams. Sarah works with our experienced team of property managers, maintenance engineers, construction teams and contractors to ensure all buildings, assets, capital, and tenant improvement projects are maintained and completed at the professional standards and level of quality for which Altus is renowned.
Sarah’s deep and diverse commercial real estate experience includes, leadership positions in corporate real estate at the local, national, and international levels, facilities management, third party management, developer/owner management, construction and project management with an emphasis on financial management and operational outcomes.
Sarah graduated from Webster University with a BA in International Business Management and an MBA in Management.
