Ralph leads portfolio management at Altus Properties, working to maximize net operating income and value across the Altus portfolio by defining strategic direction and optimizing debt structure, and leads the coordination and communication strategy of portfolio results with Altus’ investor base. Ralph also works cross-functionally with our investment and development teams during acquisition, development, and disposition.
Prior to joining Altus, Ralph was a managing director at Summit Real Estate Group, overseeing underwriting on commercial real estate acquisition and development transactions across four private equity funds and affiliated development company investments. He has strategized over $700 million in completed acquisition and development transactions.
Ralph has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
