As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Jason is responsible for all capital formation initiatives and investor management at Altus Properties. He plays a key role in structuring investments and administering funds, as well as guiding investment strategy.
Prior to joining Altus Properties, Jason led capital markets activities at a boutique real estate investment organization, focusing on real estate acquisitions and capital structuring across a wide array of asset types. In this role, he raised capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Earlier in his career, Jason was a founding partner of a private real estate investment firm, where he focused on value creation through the acquisition and development of hospitality, industrial, and multifamily assets. During his tenure, the firm deployed more than $300 million in equity, acquired assets valued at approximately $1.2 billion, and delivered partner returns exceeding 400%.
Jason holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University. He has also held senior brokerage roles at Trammell Crow, CBRE, and Avison Young.
